Pretty simple stuff, guys -

I'm the guild master. My characters are Brigaine, Mahgog, Redpath, Arcaides, Shaper, and Bloodriver. You can find me on any one of them at any given time, depending.

Beyond that we have a group of Relatively Important People (dubbed Ossifers), that are there to help keep things going, answer questions, help with groups, and be generally cool individuals you can count on for assistance. If you look in the Guild pane, anyone with the Ossifer, Ossifer Alt, or Czar Alt (me!) rank should be able to help you if they're not already hip deep in high fantasy quests such as digging through poop and farming tubers.

The Officers are here to do anything that requires immediate attention when I'm not around. Elsewise, any sort of major changes will probably be done with discussion ahead of time so anyone who feels strongly one way or another has time to weigh in. Honestly everyone here should be adult enough to understand that not everyone is going to be 100% happy all the time and compromises are going to have to be reached. Also, we aren't going to take weeks and weeks of discussion to go over stuff. Once myself and the officers feel like all the possible viewpoints and problems have been brought to the table, something will be decided. Any sort of minor changes (like, hey the tabard is darker blue now) will probably be done without too much hoohah.

That's pretty much it for "official" positions.

Right now I don't see any need for official Class Leader type positions. In raids we pretty much know who we're listening to (Dommino and Aia, for example, usually take care of the Hunters and Priests, respectively), but I think having a million different tiers of leadership in the guild just causes confusion. If this guild gets to be one hojillion players strong, we may have to review that stance.

Most importantly, if you have a problem - say so. Say so in an articulate (or, failing that, at least civil) manner. I am not going to yell "OMG UR CAUZING DRAMAZ!1!!!" at anyone who voices any problems or concerns as long as it's not... well. Dramatic.
